These Terms of Use govern your use of the Momentum iOS app developed by Reyan Qureshi. By using Momentum, you agree to these terms.
Momentum is a habit tracking app designed to help you build consistent daily habits. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
You retain ownership of all data you create in the app. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud. We do not access, collect, or store your data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Momentum app, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Reyan Qureshi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Momentum is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Momentum is a habit tracking tool and does not provide medical, health, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reyan Qureshi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
