Momentum ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by Reyan Qureshi. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Momentum iOS app.

Information We Collect

Momentum is designed with privacy in mind. We collect and store the minimum amount of data necessary to provide the app's functionality.

Habit Data: Your habits, completions, routines, and related data are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you have iCloud enabled, this data may sync across your devices via Apple's CloudKit. We do not have access to this data.
Purchase Information: If you subscribe to Momentum Premium, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Notification Preferences: If you enable notifications, your preferences are stored locally on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
We do not collect location data
We do not serve advertisements
We do not share or sell any data to third parties

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled on your device, your data is synced through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by deleting individual habits within the app or by deleting the app entirely from your device. If you use iCloud sync, you can also remove data from iCloud through your device's Settings.

Children's Privacy

Momentum does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not require account creation or personal information to use.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
